Google user and calendar data. When you connect your google account with our website and you enable sync, we will retrive, store, and modify data in the following ways.
1. We will automatically read your primary google caledar events and keep them in sync for the purpose of event scheduling and add new events once a common meeting time is found. We will not remove or edit any existing events, except those created by NmeetK.
2. We will store all requested sensitive data securely on our servers and transfer them to your browser through secure HTTPS connections. The stored data includes calendar id, owner, and name, and event id, name, description, dates, times, participants, and visibility. We will query events from up to 256 days into the future and retain them for at most 90 days after the event concluded.
3. Sharing of the calendar information with other users is restricted to date and time and an accumulated availability score computed from event details. This information is only shared with those participating in a meeting that is scheduled with you. Event names, description, etc. are not shared with anyone and are secured with a key stored locally on your machine, associated with the NmeetK website in your browser (for more details consider the Cookies Policy above).
When you connect your google account with our website and you enable additional assistants, these may change the visibility of events to private, edit other properties such as color or title, or move events between calendars. All these operations are disclosed in the assistant menue and can be enabled and disabled for each assistant.
